About a month ago, I was preparing Kit for my school uniform presentation at school and I was putting her in and out of different outfits deciding on how to dress her. The rubber sole came off one of her meet sandals. I knew it was starting to come off awhile ago and then it just finally came off completely. I can't believe I hadn't gotten around to posting about it until now.
Has this happened to anyone else with Kit or any AG shoes? Have people repaired the shoes or ordered another pair as a replacement part? How have people repaired shoes? I've been considering just using super glue to glue the sole back on.

That happened to me with Felicity's shoes. I just glued the sole back on to the upper. I thought about emailing CS about it, they would probably replace it for free, but the doll is 14 years old, so I thought that would be taking advantage of the system.
Kit is a much newer doll though, so if you email them, they might rule it as a product defect and send you a new one for free.
When my scottie dog pin broke, I emailed to ask for the replacement part code, explained how it broke (the thing just disintigrated) and included my address is the signature line. Instead of emailing me back the code and price, they emailed me to tell me they mailed me a new one!

Thanks, I just sent an e-mail to them. I've never contacted CS before so I hope I get a good response!

I would think that they would replace the sandal. Let us know what they say!

CS is good about replacement. I have a pair of Kit's brown saddle shoes that had a seperation. Super Glue did the trick for me!

So far we haven't experienced anything with the sole on her meet sandals. The problem we have is that the material is unraveling (sp?) on the strap.

YES!! I've had that problem with Kit's sandals, Felicity's shoes, and Molly's saddle shoes. I just glue the soles back on with tacky glue.
